Stream Bathrooms and Property Maintenance are one of Kent's most established bathroom and kitchen installation companies. Based in West Malling, we’ve been designing, supplying and installing beautiful bathrooms, kitchens, wet rooms, shower rooms and cloakrooms for homeowners across Kent and the South East since 1990.
In that time, we've transformed many hundreds of rooms – from compact en-suites and cloakrooms to large family bathrooms and luxury wet rooms. It starts with a visit to your home, where we'll discuss your ideas, take measurements, and talk through the options. If you need design support, we work closely with our friends at Potts Ltd, who create stunning bathroom and kitchen designs and have one of the best showrooms in the South East.
Once the design is agreed, we coordinate every aspect of the installation – plumbing, electrical work, plastering, carpentry, tiling, and decoration – so you have a single point of contact throughout. We tell you upfront how long the work will take, and we stick to that schedule. No surprises, no drawn-out timelines.
